Ssessions for children aged 7–14 years at Dalton Leisure Centre this summer.
These fun and interactive sessions will teach essential life-saving skills, including:
✅ How to control breathing during cold water shock
✅ How to float to stay alive
✅ How to recognise risks and make safe decisions
✅ What to do if someone else is in trouble
