Listening to the Land, Saturday 27th June

Introducing: Listening to the Land - a creative collaboration with nature & each other.

Join us for free monthly sessions (March – November 2026) exploring how nature can inspire creativity and support wellbeing.

Expect gentle, accessible activities like:

  • Mindful listening & sensory awareness
  • Journaling, poetry & music making
  • Time in nature in Barrow Park, The Lake District & the Furness coast

No experience needed.

For adults (18+) in Furness & the South Lakes. We are keen to support people most in need, especially those experiencing mental health challenges who'd benefit from a calm, supportive, creative group. However all are welcome to apply!
