Living with a long‑term condition can affect every part of life — physical health, emotional wellbeing, energy levels, confidence, and routine. The Long‑Term Conditions Peer Support Group is a welcoming place to connect with others who “get it.”

This group is for anyone living with a long‑term condition, including (but not limited to):

• Fibromyalgia
• Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / ME
• Long Covid
• COPD and respiratory conditions
• Cardiovascular disease
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Chronic pain conditions
• Any long‑term health issue that affects daily life

• A safe, supportive space to talk about how you’re feeling
• Shared experiences about managing symptoms — especially pain, fatigue, and flare‑ups
• Practical strategies that others have found helpful
• Opportunities to hear from guest speakers on wellbeing, self‑management, services, and community
