The Sports & Social Club provide a community hub for the area.
The main activity is Crown Green Bowls, but they also have a bar and have regular cabaret nights, quiz's, ladies dance to keep fit, cards & dominoes nights, and indoor bowling.
Often during the day time it provides a safe place for people to meet up, have a chat and a tea or coffee.
