Barrow's Social Prescribers are offering a fantastic opportunity to get involved in your community and help create a safe space for people to come to and while there join in on a volunteer gardening project.

Have you or someone you know been feeling a bit stuck at home, isolated or lonely? Or perhaps simply want to keep busy? Then please come along to help make a warm and welcoming garden.

• The Social Prescribing Barrow Team will offer support, a chance to chat or even just enjoy a cuppa.
• You can meet new people in the community and keep active.
• Come along with your ideas and help create a garden for everyone.
• Stay active and connect with your community.
• Look after yourself in mind and body.
