SAFA stands for Self-harm Awareness For All. SAFA is committed to making a positive difference to the lives of individuals in Cumbria who self harm and to those who support them.
They offer a family drop-in each week on a Wednesday at their centre in Barrow. It provides a space for those affected by self-harm to come together, with support and guidance to ensure that you do not feel alone.
