We understand that for some people it’s hard to get out of the house. At times, some of us feel anxious, some of us feel shy, and some of us lack motivation to get up and go. If you need some support to ease yourself into group activities, please use our referral form (link to form). You will be connected to the Furness For You team who will offer support on a one-to-one basis to link you to whatever suits you best when you are ready.
