Furness Autistic Adults Befriending Group meets on the last Wednesday of every month and is hosted by the Barrow branch of the National Autistic Society.
It is a safe space for autistic people, including those still waiting for a diagnosis. You may bring a family member, a friend or support worker with you.
You can also access the group online via Teams.
