Breathe Easy Furness

Third Wednesday of each month 1:00-3:00pm.

An informal drop-in group for anyone aged 18 and over, living with any respiratory condition. Find support, advice and about services locally with the chance to share your experiences and learn from others in similar situations.

Each month you will hear from a guest speaker and there will be the opprtunity to take part in activities and mindful movement.
