Field Fridays at Allotment Soup - The Isle of Walney Community Growing Space

Fridays 1:00 - 4:00pm.

Join a community of gardeners on the allotment and learn about growing organic food and supporting nature.

Allotment Soup was set up in 2015 and relies on local helpers. They meet for “Field Friday” and always build in time for a sit down and a chat.

They are seeking new volunteers to help with the site as they prepare to extend the Allotment Soup site to create a new community orchard. Small growing plots are available for regular volunteers.

All sessions are free, and drop in. For more information on how you can get involved please email rachael.barker@art-gene.co.uk
