Are you a parent carer or carer and are feeling a bit lost, anxious, isolated, or simply want to be more actively involved in your community? At Stitch Ability, as parents and carers themselves they know what issues can cause you to lose sight of who you are as an individual. In the group you can learn and share to regain your identity.

Learn new skills or share yours, including sewing, wool crafts, printing and computer skills. Or just go along to chill out and chat, away from the stress of everyday life in a warm and welcoming environment.

Refreshments are provided.
