Barrow Work & Health

Through CADAS Barrow Work & Health, employees can access confidential, non-judgemental one-to-one recovery coaching, return-to-work planning and practical support to reduce harm, improve wellbeing, and build confidence. Where the employee agrees, we can also liaise with employers around reasonable adjustments and a supportive return to work.

Referrals are simple and can be made by calling our helpline on 0800 254 5658. People referred into the pathway will be contacted quickly, with support focused on helping them remain in work wherever possible or return safely and sustainably if they are currently signed off.
